Wheather You Rooted your phone or not..I have all methods to solve that Issue.
Let me start with Un-Rooted Phones.
GUIDE FOR UNROOTED PHONES
METHOD 1 -
First of all check your Date & Time settings. If they are incorrect, Correct it.
YEAH...You will be able to sign in again.
METHOD 2-
Go to Settings>Apps>Disabled apps
Here, Look for any Google App (i.e. google play services or framework). If you find anything Like that, Then Enable it.
You will able to sign in to google again.
GUIDE FOR ROOTED PHONES
There are many methods for a rooted phone, If your phone is un-rooted then please try to root it.
HERE WE GO...
METHOD 1 -
1.Install "Root Explorer", Since you are not able to open playstore, you will have to download it manully by searching "Root explorer.apk" .
2.After Downloading Grant Root Permission.
3.On the top click on MOUNT R/W
4. Navigate to ETC>Hosts.
5.Long press it and open with text editor.
6.Just Add # (pound sign) on the first number.
-like this:
#74.125.93.113(just one space)android.clients.google.com
SAVE IT and Reboot.
you will be able to Sign in.
METHOD 2 -
1. do till 5 steps of method 1.
2. There will be a option to delete it, Just delete it
3. Reboot and Sign in.
METHOD 3 -
if you have Freedom app, then first stop it and try to sign in.
